Then the position of Environmental Lead might be for you! As an Environmental Lead, you will collaborate with our ESG & Sustainability Director to develop our business area focused on environmentally sustainable solutions for our clients.

You’ll be part of a growing team consisting of yourself, our ESG & Sustainability Director, and our Sustainability Consultant. You’ll rely heavily on each other’s skills and expertise to ensure optimal solutions and service for our clients. Additionally, you’ll have access to sparring opportunities with over 700 other sustainability colleagues at CBRE on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Your role as our future colleague includes:

  • Identifying environmental risks and opportunities for clients and preparing energy and carbon reduction roadmaps.
  • Contributing to the development of sustainability as a new business area for CBRE GWS in Denmark.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in energy management for buildings.
  • Preparing proposals and supporting business development and sales.
  • Having a commercial and strategic understanding of product and business development.
  • Excelling in client interaction and consultancy work.
  • Being a motivated individual interested in building a new field of expertise.

Job requirements

We imagine you have:

  • A higher education degree such as a civil engineer, MSc, or another relevant master's degree, with at least three years of experience, primarily within energy management in buildings and environmental sustainability.
  • Experience as a consultant in environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Knowledge of EPBD, DGNB, the Energy Efficiency Directive, building codes, the Construction Product Regulation, and ISO 50001.
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines.
  • Understanding of business development and sales within the building and energy sector.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset.
  • The ability to stay composed and focused when things move quickly or change unexpectedly.
  • An eye for detail, driven by delivering quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
