We are now looking for a driven Sales Specialist with a passion for building strong relationships and closing deals. You’ll be part of our Independent Sales Team and report to the Head of Independent Partners.

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Drive and optimize your sales pipeline. In other words: prospecting, booking and leading meetings and negotiations, closing deals with decision-makers across segments, and onboarding new partners into the app. Most of our meetings are digital.
  • Analyze the market and identify growing segments.
  • Challenge and push internal development by helping to improve existing processes in close collaboration with the team.
  • Support and coach your teammates in best practices, as we strongly believe in “One Team”, one of our core values.

Job requirements

Skills and Experience

  • You have previous B2B sales experience and aren’t afraid of making new connections.
  • You are performance-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to decision-makers via email, phone, and digital meetings.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • You work in an organized and focused way.
  • You have a passion for our mission.
  • Experience in telesales, food, restaurant, or tech industries is a bonus!
