About the role

As an Operations Manager in the Danish team, you will be the owner of our customer facing operations. You will have a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing operational processes, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making and prioritization. To the extent needed, you will also support project staffing, coordination and allocation of resources. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Directors, and other Operations Managers across different countries, ensuring best in class processes and driving continuous improvement. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Denmark and be an integral part of aligning project outcomes with our broader business goals.

Part of the role is to function as an executive assistant to our managing director. You will be responsible for preparing and facilitating weekly leadership meetings, performance management reporting and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. You will also be working very closely with the other dedicated functions supporting the Danish business – People & Culture, Finance as well as Office support.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Overall owner of operations related to working with customers
  • Support operational processes in our Advisory team (resource overview, recurring meetings, end of month follow-up)
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives working closely with the leadership team
  • Systems ownership and responsibility for set-up and maintenance
  • Ongoing evaluation of project performance and driving improvements
  • Monitor and optimize key reporting processes in collaboration with Finance (time, invoicing)
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and facilitate learnings
  • Prepare and facilitate weekly leadership meetings
  • Ad hoc executive support to our Managing Director

You enjoy working with data, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency – and to collaborate with a wide team both locally and globally to drive the changes needed.

To succeed, we believe you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, operations management or equivalent relevant experience
  • A strong motivation in helping people deliver at their best
  • A degree within a relevant field, such as business or economics
  • Experience in building processes and routines driving operational improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze and report on project performance
  • Full proficiency English and if also in Danish it is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems like Hubspot or Moment is a plus
  • Experience working alongside and supporting a leadership team is also a plus
