Responsibilities

As our new Student assistant for Energy from Waste, Bioenergy, and Carbon Capture, at our Copenhagen/Ørestad office, you will be part of our daily activities in our sales and marketing department and support our Sales Competence Team with Sales & Business Development related tasks.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Write and quality check project references for sales and marketing material
  • Support with sales and proposal work e.g., writing project references for pre-qualifications, prepare CVs, and assist with governance processes.
  • Assist on updating sales and marketing material such as capability statements, presentations, and web campaigns.
  • A chance to work with Ad Hoc tasks in our CRM system
  • Assist on ensuring that our business development and proposals are compliant with Ramboll’s internal project tools and guidelines.
  • Business analytics initiatives such as hit rate analysis and win/loss analysis.
  • Be part of our global Sales Competence Team and proactively develop and innovate our sales and business development processes and activities

These include:

  • You are studying global business engineering or a similar education.
  • You want to bridge the gap between technical disciplines and sales.
  • You are good in, and like, writing technical reports and presentations.
  • You like to work as part of a team and are characterised by a self-reliant, reliable, and structured by your way of working.
  • You have a sense for details and take pleasure in conveying technical messages through illustrative processes and methods
  • Experience with MS dynamics, PowerPoint, and InDesign is a plus
  • You are Danish speaking and have a professional ability to express yourself verbally and in written form in English. German is an advantage, but not a requirement.
