As a Student in our Business functions, you will play an important role in helping us handle the daily challenges of a start-up. From supporting our business strategy and management to assisting with daily operations across finance, business administration, marketing, and HR & Legal, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience. You’ll work closely with our management team and talented colleagues who value trust, transparency, and inclusivity, ensuring your inputs and ideas are heard and evaluated.

Terms
· Part-time job (15-20 hours weekly)
· Flexible work schedule (at least two days at the office)
· Report to the Head of Legal
· Locations: Danish Technological Institute near Taastrup / Home office
· Expected start: February / March 2025
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (no sales) and Commercialization:
· Support the Business Development Lead in managing Algiecel’s project portfolio
· Take ownership of specific tasks in ongoing projects
· Research markets and target groups to support commercialization plans
· Help develop and implement internal processes to improve startup efficiency
Finance:
· Assist the CFO with finance-related reporting tasks
· Keep investor lists up-to-date and engage in investor communications
· Support the preparation of pitch decks and financial presentations
Business Administration and Marketing:
· Schedule and organize physical and virtual meetings for internal and external stakeholders
· Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries
· Assist in executing Algiecel’s social media strategy with creativity and precision
· Enhance company presentations with engaging design and content improvements
Management Support, Legal, & HR:
· Ad hoc tasks for Algiecel´s management team
· Support the Head of Legal & HR, e.g. on drafting and updating legal and HR-related documents, assist in preparing material for internal and external meetings
You are a business allrounder with the ability to absorb information fast and create output
· You have at least 1 year of experience in business administration; experience in business development or project management is a plus.
· You understand the core departments of a business and how they interact.
· You are organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
· You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
· You have a hands-on attitude and enjoy finding solutions to challenges.
· You are motivated to learn and explore the exciting world of entrepreneurship and biotech.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s (minimum 3rd semester) or master’s degree (1st semester) in business, economics,
or a related field.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish is an advantage.
· Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and time management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
